[Redback] Refactoring wiki

Hi all,

I've been refactoring the wiki into individual pages and it looks, well, 
a little too "flat" now (that's the problem with wikis - this needs to 
be more a tree structure rather than just a randomly connected graph) so 
things are too darn hard to find! I'm currently restructuring it a 
little with fewer headings at the top level ... I'll email out again 
once I've done so in the meantime, please avoid making changes to it (or 
risk them getting lost!).
